Every customer and every order is important to us.  If you are not satisfied with your order, or if it does not fit, you may return/exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date.  

We do not accept any returns/exchanges without a completed “Return Authorization Form”.  To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact us <> and request this form.  We apologize, but we cannot accept any return/exchange packages sent to us without the “ROI” form.

All returns/exchanges are subject to review, and must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and odor-free. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing on all returns/exchanges. You will receive an email once your exchange has been shipped or your refund has been processed. All returns 30 days or more from the date of purchase will receive store credit. Sales are final on all accessories. If you wish to exchange a product and we no longer have that product/size in stock, you will be offered store credit. We are not responsible for return shipping.
